This is definitely old news. It’s the Gundam Fix Figuration Gundam Mk. III. Not too fond of it though. It resembles the Zeta Gundam a lot. Nevertheless, I can’t deny that this looks really good.
Would you consider buying this action figure?
I’ll be putting up new pictures of the Gundam Unicorn that I started last week. Hopefully I’ll manage to finish more of it. But I fear that I’ll be running out of Gunship Gray soon. ToT

Dug these up when I was sifting through some of my random shots cluttered in my laptop. These were taken when my Psycho Gundam was still on top of my desk. It is now in MF mode (Mobile Fortress) in Chil’s house.
I’m actually interested in getting the upcoming Psycho Gundam Mk. II. Chil thinks it’s too purple. She likes this one better. I have a feeling that if I purchased that one, Chil’s going to keep Mk. I for good. ^_^;;

Got a bunch of good news for you GFF and MG fans out there. I’m still reeling over the GFF release of Shin Musha and GFF Metal Composite Psycho Gundam. But then Bandai pulls the Easter Rabbit right out of the hat! Coming this June, they will be releasing the MG Shin Musha Gundam model kit. For GFF, they’ll be releasing Psycho Gundam’s nasty brother, Psycho Gundam Mk. II in Metal Composite glory. 1/100 scale R-1 will also be released soon but like the Psycho Gundam Mk. II, I’ve yet to find out the actual release date. I’ve also yet to purchase the 1/100 Alteisen that has the glowing eyes. News from SRW Hotnews.
My pockets… My poor, poor pockets…
Personal Byte: I honestly want to buy both the MG Shin Musha Gundam and the GFF Metal Composite Psycho Gundam Mk. II when they come out. Hopefully I can manage my cash properly and get both of these babies.

The Gundam Fix Figuration line has just released, or re-released, two action figures: Full Armor Gundam and Perfect Gundam. These two come with detachable armor and a new inner frame that was already being advertised at the same time when the Psyco Gundam and MG Turn-A Gundam were due for release. Click on the images to see more photos at Amiami.com.

Yes I am. I saw the Gundam Expo coverage by GFF Maniax and they had a set of pictures solely on the Psyco Gundam and I just ended even wanting to buy it even more.

I talked about the GFF Metal Composite Psyco Gundam in a post about Fix Figurations before. The pic I posted there was a prototype picture of this really big action figure. This is definitely the largest action figure that the GFF line has ever rolled out. The 1:144 Psyco Gundam model kit can stand nearly as tall as PG model kit. There have been a couple of people who modded their Psyco Gundam model kits and fitted them into a PG frame. But now, you can get this as an action figure that even transfors into its Mobile Fortress Mode. This bit of news came from Gunota Headlines and the pic was taken from Amiami.com. I wish I’ll be able to afford this when it comes out in our local stores.

Here is a production pic of the GFF Musha Gundam. This looks really sexy and I think you can remove pieces of its armor for a leaner look. Saw this bit of news from Gunota Headlines and the pic was taken from Amiami.com. Will this be the first GFF that I will own? We shall see! But damn, it looks really sexy.

Yeah. Been a while since I actually took time off to write an entry. It’s been quite a rollercoaster ride here at the office what with all the preparations for a business trip for me and a couple of other fellows who will be needing some seeeeeeeeeeerious product training abroad. Preparing three visas for three people ain’t fun people. Let alone the fact that there’s massive schedule crunch time involved.
Anyhoo, done with that. I’m happy now. Chil’s back home and my life’s back to normal…well, for the next couple of weeks at least, before I head off to another country.
Now, let’s have some Gundam Double O news. Saw in Gunota Headlines that Famitsu added some more stuff in their coverage of that Gundam 00 expo and one of the pictures shows a diagram of the figures and model kits that will be released in the latter part of this year. The lines include FGs (First Grades…the ones that can’t even bend their frickin’ knees), HGs (High Grades), a 1/60 Gundam Exia (nope, not a PG), MSIA and 00 Region where Katoki will be redesigning the Gundams in the series to fit this excellent action figure line. Here’s the outline written out by Gunota:
FG (First Grade) Gundam Exia – September
FG Gundam Dynames – September
FG Gundam Kyrios – September
FG Gundam Virtue – October
HG Gundam Exia – October
HG Gundam Dynames – November (December?)
HG Gundam Kyrios – November (December?)
1/60 Gundam Exia – October (or maybe November or December…
HCM-Pro Gundam Exia – October
HCM-Pro Gundam Dynames – October
HCM-Pro Gundam Kyrios – November
There are also pictures of other merchandise including the Fix Figuration Metal Composite line. That Psyco Gundam is HUEG! There are also a couple more pics of the MG 100 Prototype and if you ask me, it’s lookin’ good.
Gah, I still need to pick up my two Zaku preorders before this month ends… Anyhoo, I need to get back to work. If you guys want to see more of Famitsu’s coverage, just visit their site. All the goodies should be there.

Dropped by Gunota today. Yes, yes, I’m in the office right now doing overtime. Horrendous, I know.
Anyhoo, saw quite a list of upcoming stuff, mostly action figures that were featured in the last Shizuoka Hobby Show. There’s the Limited Edition GFF Metal Composite Psyco Gundam, the much-awaited GFF Musha Gundam, the GFF Metal Composite G3 Gundam which is basically the same as the 1/100 Metal Composite Gundam ver. Ka released a couple of months ago but in G3 colors, the Zeonography High Mobility Set which looks quite enticing to me (starting learn some Zaku lurve) and the single model kit that caught my eye in the list which was the Gundam ver. OYW (TV colors).
The Psyco Gundam is HUGE. In the pictures taken in the Shizuoka Hobby Show, the 1/100 G3 Gundam Metal Composite Fix Figuration only stood as tall as its waist and the Psyco Gundam is supposed to be scaled at 1/144.

Pictures have finally been released of the upcoming MG Char’s Zaku II ver. 2.0! There have been a couple of sites who showed the awesome boxart of the MG model kit but recently, GundamBase posted several pictures of the model kit in their site. What’s interesteing about this version is that Bandai appears to be continually adding articulation to their MG line with every ver. 2.0 that they roll out. MG Char’s Zaku II ver. 2.0 features at additional forward joint on its shoulders for better rifle-handling poses. I can’t wait to find out what the 100th MG’s going to be!
Also released was the Char’s Custom Action Base, all in red, with decals to boot! So if you’re planning to get yourself a MG Char’s Zaku II ver. 2.0, then you might also considering adding this nice action base to the bundle. If you want to see how nice Char’s Zaku would sit atop this action base, click on the action base image to go to the galleries.
In action figure news, Amazon.co.jp has already released images of the Cosmic Region Providence/Legend Gundam action figure. The conversion parts are numerous mainly because of the DRAGOON system. The beam rifles look awesome.
I don’t own any Gundam Fix Figuration or Cosmic Region or Zeonography action figures at the moment but has anyone tried swapping weapons across these three lines? Are they compatible with the hands?
For those interested in getting the Mirei figurine (the sexy lady with her lace bra saying hi to yer while you ogle Mirei-san in her office chair), you might want to consider looking at Danny’s entry for today which is a whole bunch of Mirei-san images, just so you can get a good gander at the model kit before you start doling out money.
